EL Education's Models of Excellence Geometric Portraits

Exciting news! Launch Expeditionary Learning Charter School's seventh-grade project, Black History Geometric Portraits, has been accepted into EL Education's Models of Excellence collection, a highly selective resource of exemplary samples of high quality student work open to educators across the country! The Models of Excellence website is used by educators nationwide to provoke thinking and inspire excellence in student work.  Take a look at the work created by Launch students that will be used as a model of the kind of work students are capable of producing when schools engage in work that is meaningful, rigorous, and authentic.
