Our Partnerships
Launch is proud to have long standing partnerships with different local community non-profits, academic organizations, and cultural institutions! The goal of these partnerships is to build collaborative relationships that expand opportunities for our students and families. Students contribute to a better world by putting their learning to use as active citizens, stewards of the environment, and advocates for healthy equitable communities.Launch Community Partnerships provide meaningful exposure that set students up for success in high school, college, and career.

Through their Greenhouse Project Initiative, NY Sun Works uses hydroponic farming technology to educate urban schools about the science of sustainability. They envision a generation of environmental innovators from our students, empowering them to create solutions to global climate challenges.
Founded on the belief that restoration without education is temporary, Billion Oyster Project collaborates with NYC public schools - designing STEM curriculum through a lens of oyster restoration and working with Urban Assembly New York Harbor School students in large-scale restoration projects.

We've had some amazing Launch Alumni over the years! We've had some that just return to say a friendly "Hello," while others share what they've been up to. We have alumni that return to play in our Staff v.s. Alumni basketball game, and those that even share how the valuable partnerships Launch has formed have impacted them – from the exposure to experience, from vision to action.
