Phone Interview
Let's chat! A 1:1 call provides us an initial sense of your vision of effective teaching and interest in middle school. Select candidates will be invited to attend an in-person interview.
In-Person Interview
This will be an opportunity for everyone to get to know one another and share our goals, curriculum and philosophy. Candidates will interact with community members and have the opportunity to lead a short demo lesson with students.
Reference Check
Candidates moving forward in the hiring process will have their listed references verified and for Launch to hear from others about each candidate's skills and past performance.

Upon completion of the References Check, call applicable candidates will be extended a formal employment offer to join the Launch School and Family.
