Overview of Launch Hiring Process 

At Launch, our typical application process begins with candidates submitting their resumes for review. Those whose skills and experiences align with our needs may be invited to complete a brief questionnaire and participate in a phone interview. Successful applicants will be invited to an in-person interview, during which they'll have the opportunity to meet our team, engage with our community, and lead a demo lesson. Finalists will have their references checked, and formal offers will be extended to those selected to join our team!
