Jonathan Harber – Board Chairman – Co-Founder and CEO Schoolnet, CEO Pearson K-12 Technology – Mr. Harber has been working in the field of education for over twenty years and is the founder of four award-winning education software companies. He has served on the Board of NYC Outward Bound.
Grace Lee – Board Treasurer – Mutual of America Capital Management Corp. – Ms. Lee, a graduate of Stanford and Harvard Business School, has worked in the field of finance for over twelve years.
Dan Ginsberg – Board Member – Schoolnet, Pearson – VP Product Management - Mr. Ginsberg began his professional career as a science teacher at Public School 51 – The Elias Howe Middle School – in New York City, where he developed and taught a hands-on science curriculum incorporating 21st century skills, technology and collaborative problem solving. Prior to joining Schoolnet, Daniel was the Director of Product Management at CenterSeat, Inc. a digital media software company in New York City, where he managed the development and launch of a consumer-facing digital media and e-commerce website.
Jonathan Latimer – Board Member – Owner, JC Latimer Law, PLCC – Mr. Latimer brings not only his experience as an attorney to Launch, but many years of business development at successful companies. Prior to opening JC Latimer Law, Mr. Latimer was Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Director of Business Development at Forbes, as well as Director of Business Development at 1-800-Flowers. Mr. Latimer started his career as a financial analyst at Kidder Peabody.
Nicole Lemerond – Board Member – Accipiter Capital Management – Healthcare Services Analyst – Ms. Lemerond brings over 15 years of experience in the finance field to Launch, having worked at Lehman Brothers, The Carlyle Group and Accipiter Capital. Ms. Lemerond also serves as Treasurer of the Board at Engineering World Health and Treasurer of the Board at Kids' B.A.S.E. & The Little School. She is a graduate of Cornell University where she was a Cornell Tradition Fellow.
Nic Lirette - Board Member - American Express - Director, Strategy and Business Development - Mr. Lirette bring years of experience in strategy, marketing and business development, as well as a strong finance background. Prior to American Express, Mr. Lirette worked for UBS as well as advising at Planet Fitness. Mr. Lirette previously founded the custom apparel social venture, 141 industries, which pairs each purchase with a donation of uniform shirts to underserved youth in the US, including at KIPP Charter Schools and the Boys and Girls Club.
